WINDOWS CLASS “GROUND RULES”

•     From current session -5 to 10 minutes before the end of class

•     From previous weeks sessions — at the beginning of next class Unrelated to topics on syllabus — We’ll try!

Please use the following process:

A.         In writing and put it in our mailbox — include             name, phone Number, & best time to call you.

B.                   E-.mail us at jerryggg@udel.edu

C.                   Or rehrlich@udel.edu

D.                   At the PC Users Group — Mon. 2pm — 3:15pm

 

Homework: MANDATORY!! Material covered is critical for grasping The basics, especially the first few weeks. Repetition is essential.

 

Class Format: Maybe too slow for some folks and too fast for others Depending on level of experience. Patience!

A.                   If you get lost or confused:

1 .With a current task, let one of us know immediately,

2.    Because you’ve moved ahead of the instructor and the current task, you’ll have to wait for help!

B.                   Sit at the same computer each week.

C.     Follow all instructions, both written and verbal.

D.      Weather Closings: Listen for information on the radio. Please do not

call us at home.

Class Absence: If possible, let us know by doing one of the following:

~    Advise us at the class before your absence

~         Call the Academy office ~ 302-573-4433 ask Jeanne to put a note in our mail box

~         Send an e-mail to jerryggg@udel.edu
