DSPC Orientation

The next Orientation of the 09-10 season will be held on Wed, Mar 17, 2010

On line reservation requests will be taken until 12:00:00 PM Wed Mar 17, 2010

• * Please cancel your reservation if you will not be able to make your requested orientation. This courtesy will allow other prospective memebrs a position. If you have a last minute conflict (i.e. during the black out period) call the Training Director and let them know.

  Instructions:

  The Delaware State Pistol Club(DSPC) is an indoor private shooting club located near New Castle, Delaware. This Orientation is for prospective members that have already applied and been provisionally accepted.   If you experience a problem registering please contact the event range officer or Gordon Hendry 302 456 1656 for assistance.

  Enter your phone number (with area code) in normal formats including area code - e.g. (nnn) nnn-nnnn or nnn-nnn-nnnn.
  1. Click the Find Button. The system will locate and display your demographic information and current reservation. If you are new to the matches or entered a phone number that has not been stored for you, you will get the message "Shooter cannot be found in the database. Please correct the phone number and try again or enter your name and email address in the space provided ." Either:
     1. Correct the phone number you entered and Find your record, or
     2. Complete / Modify the demographic data and click Update to create or change a shooter's demographic record. Note, your phone number will be used for all future reservations. Please do not create multiple shooter master records. If you have forgotten the phone number you used, please contact the individuals listed below for assistance.
  2. Note if you only enter your phone number, relay request and click submit request, the system will accept a valid shooter's phone number, relay request and delete previous relay reqests. We suggest that you do not use this short cut. This short cut may result in the shooter inadvertently removing themselves from a relay.
  3. The system will find your requested relays in the "Requested Relay" area. Reserve or release reservations by clicking in the check box, Select an open position from 1 - 10 and click Submit Request. Your reservation request is not saved until you complete this action.
  4. To see your most recent position listed in the "Position Requested" column, click the Find button after submitting your request.
  5. Use your browser's print feature to print this page.
